Itinerary Highlights

• Day 1: Cusco to Soraypampa & Humantay Lake — Trek up to the vivid turquoise waters of Humantay Lake before camping near the base of Mount Salkantay.
• Day 2: Soraypampa over Salkantay Pass to Chaullay — Conquer the high 4,630m pass and descend into the cloud forest edge.
• Day 3: Chaullay to Hydroelectric & Aguas Calientes — Hike through tropical fruit orchards and follow the railway line to Aguas Calientes.
• Day 4: Machu Picchu Tour to Cusco — Sunrise visit to Machu Picchu citadel followed by train return to Cusco.
